I am an ordained christian minister / dad homeschooling my two boys.
The boys use their bibles frequently in the process
of their homeschooling. Unfortunately, after using
it for school many times they had trouble finding
it to take with them to church. In my efforts to
make life easier for all of us I decided to put the
bible on each of their computers. It is the entire
King James version and fully searchable.
This creates another problem, a very large amount
of data. I chose to set it up to use the internet browser,
which is already on most peoples computers, to view
the bible in an e-book format. Don't worry it does not
connect you to the internet to read the bible (I didn't really want
the boys surfing the internet while they were supposed to be
doing school) so everything is stored locally on your computer.
